Chhavi joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 and has worked on technology solutions for the Equity and Fixed Income businesses as well as Operations. She is currently the Global Head of Corporate Events Reference Data Technology. The team is responsible for the architecture, design, development, and distribution of corporate events reference data for Institutional Securities and Wealth Management across diverse business lines.

Chhavi started her career as an equity analyst in the Indian stock markets. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she garnered Reference Data experience during stints at Broadridge, GoldenSource, Barclays and Singapore Exchange. After doing her BA (Hons), MA and PhD from Punjab University as UGC Junior Research Fellow, she did her Masters in Public Administration from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore. She has 20+ years of experience in various fields of public administration including general administration, implementation of development programs, planning and public policy making. She is recipient of Prime Ministers award for Excellence in Public Administration for her work in implementation of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.

Dr. Ekroop has held key positions in government including position of Secretary Finance, dealing with state budget, resources and expenditure. Also headed Karnataka State Finance Corporation. She has unique experience of running the country’s largest urban transport company – BMTC. Besides receiving many awards for her work in BMTC, she was also involved in various committees and groups at national and international level and contributed towards shaping of policies and strategies for public transport.

Dr. Ekroop has served as Board Director on the boards of various public sector companies like KSMCL, HGML, KPTCL, BESCOM, Bangalore Smart City, etc. and companies like Bangalore International Airport Ltd., Information Technology Park Ltd. and premier institutes like International Institute Information Technology, Bangalore/Raichur. Currently serving as the interim APAC Chief Technology Officer in India, she manages day-to-day operations for 1200 partners in the region. Lenee joined Northern Trust in 2007 as a Business Process Specialist and quickly rose through the ranks, holding key roles in data management & reconciliations, vendor relations, change management, and program resourcing. In 2014, Lenee was appointed the Head of Enterprise Program Resourcing for North America overseeing the transformational initiatives. Kishore has 25 years of experience in Financial Services, having started as a programmer and played multiple roles across Engineering, Product and Strategy roles. In his current role, Kishore has been responsible for launch of Broadridge’s multiple distributed ledger solutions and AI platform. Kishore has completed his B E from Government College of Technology Coimbatore and Executive Program in Business Management from IIM Calcutta.

Prasad Vemuri heads the Mutual Funds & Retirement Solutions vertical of Investor communication Solutions business and is the Chief Technology Officer at Broadridge India. Prasad is a technology professional with 25 years of experience in financial services space. He has deep expertise in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions for asset managers, broker dealers and retirement plan administrators. He was instrumental in setting up Data Analytics Centre of Excellence at Broadridge. Prasad has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a doctoral candidate in Corporate Governance. When not at work, he enjoys reading non-fiction and spending time with his kids and family.

Over the past 5 years, RP has collaborated with 140+ firms to solve for their UX, Process Automation, Practice Management and Processing needs, and works closely with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and our strategic partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth for all our solutions. Aviation, intrepid travel, and walking his English cream retriever are his favorite leisure pursuits.

Santhanam Govindaraj (Santh) is CIO of Broadridge India and heads Product, Technology, Client Onboarding and Service Delivery teams in India for Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management business verticals. Santh is a techno-functional leader with experience in delivering enterprise solutions across business “verticals”, technology “horizontals”, and client-facing “products”.

In his current role, Santh is focused on building a globally aligned organization in India and developing talent to contribute towards business and technology transformation priorities. Santh aspires to grow India as a value center to Broadridge clients in the region unlocking collaboration opportunities and strengthening relationships. Before joining Broadridge, Santh has worked with Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and D E Shaw across Capital Markets and Wealth Management domain.

Santh is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys running and cycling. He is an active blogger and avid reader of books on anthropology and technology.
